    I have purchased so many of these wrist support aids over the last few years and nothing helps. It never fits and my wrist can still move with them on.

    I love this one. It stabilizes from 4 sides and felt like it was really holding me in a good position.

    I was able to type and use the mouse with it on and over all I would say this is the best guard out there!!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
