This teething toy works great when frozen and the shape is perfect for little mouths and hands. I'm buying a second one to keep at my daughter's daycare. She won't eat solid food when she is teething so we give her the frozen ring right before meals to numb her gums a bit and then she'll eat.

We use this teether at the daycare where I work. It's nice because you can stick it in the fridge, and it gets cold fast. Only problem was if the infant actually got teeth, it was easy to puncture. I don't know if the liquid inside was safe or not. It's a good teether if the child has no teeth yet.
