Obviously, one of the best things about this stuff is the spray bottle itself because you can get to the hard to reach places with ease. I like that I can feel it working--a slight cooling tingle on the breakout spots. Since it can be applied via spray, versus having to apply some sort of cream, I find I am more likely to go ahead and treat any problem area quickly. It seems to be one of the most effective anti-breakout products I have used and doesn't seem to be overly harsh or drying, either.

My chest used to break out a lot and I could never get it under control for any consistent period of time. This product has completely cleared up the acne on my chest for over 2 months now. I use it in conjunction with the acne body wash by Murad and recommend that strategy.

I've been using this for about a month now and it cleared up my acne very well. Makes your skin feel fresh and does not bleach out your clothes or bedding which is a big plus! Works sooooo much better than other acne medication! The nozzle is great too because you can get every hard to reach spot. Great product!

I rarely spend much on beauty products, so I was obviously desperate when I decided to try this one. I am an adult who has had body acne (mostly on my back) for the past 7 years, and I've tried many over-the-counter products. I am a skeptic, so I've waited 4 months before evaluating Murad's spray. Now that I've been using it for a while I have to say that I am quite pleased. It is easy to use (it really does spray upside down, and you can use it down to the last drop), has no offensive odor, does not dry out my skin, and doesn't stain clothing. I use it twice a day along with a benzoyl peroxide product for small spot treatments when needed. The acne on my back has improved tremendously. I still get zits but they are not nearly as severe and they go away more quickly. I plan to keep using it, despite the cost.

The multi-directional spray on this bottle is pure genius. Better than that, the product seems to be effective. So far, anyway. I've only been using it for a couple weeks but in that time I've had none of the painful nodules I usually have on my back. If I'd had this product years ago, maybe my back wouldn't be so scarred. On top of the effectiveness in preventing acne, it seems to leave my skin smoother. Summer's on the way, though. We'll see if this product is effective when the tropical humidity hits New England. If so, then it will definitely be worth every penny of the price tag.

I don't ever take the time to write reviews but if this helps anyone else, I will be glad. I started having issues with chest acne and it was driving me crazy. I couldn't figure out what was causing it or more importantly, how to get rid of it. I tried all sorts of stuff and I can't tell you how many shirts I ruined when the medicines bleached them! I have been using this product, along with the body wash, for only a few days and the difference is noticeable already. I will be in the tank tops I love this summer with no worries. It is expensive but I will never be without this again!

Provides a nice soothing, tingling sensation for the first few minutes after application. Has a pretty strong "chemical" smell though that lingers for a little while after being applied. A little messy because of the wide- range spray so I've adapted to using it while still in the tub after showering. Otherwise, so far so good. Not amazing results, but I have only been using it for a couple of weeks or so and I do notice a bit of a difference.

It's probably a bit premature for me to judge this product, as I have only been using it for a little over a week. However, in that week I have started to see some improvement in breakouts on my back and chest. I'm anxious to see what another couple of months will do.

this is a great, effective product that is really easy to apply...however it is just too expensive. One bottle lasted me about 3 weeks and that's with applying it twice a day. I wish it wasn't so darn expensive because it really does work.
