I use this in conjunction with the ointment. It's applied as any traditional drop, but it's not a soothing feeling at first. It contains saline, so you'll feel a sting for a few seconds.

I hear it works, but i'm on my first of a 6 month treatment. So, we'll see.

This product worked great in the corneal edema that I had. Yes it does sting, but it means that it is doing what it is supposed to do. I noticed improvement in just a few days of use.
