My 8 week old daughter had a pretty bad case of cradle cap and I decided to purchase this after reading reviews. After the first use, all of the dry scales are gone! There are still a few dry spots, but no flakes. It is a little greasy but once it dries it's not too bad. You put it on before bed and wash it in the morning anyway, so it doesn't matter. I never believe it when people say it worked the first time, but this really did work for us. I'm using it with the Mustela Foam Shampoo for Newborns (which I've used twice). I have confidence that her cradle cap will be completely gone after the next use. Mustela makes great products that are worth the price.

I used this product twice and my baby daughter's cradle cap disappeared. She had mild to moderate cradle cap that I could not resolve during her 3 months of life with any of the other treatments I tried. My only problem now is what to do with all the leftover product!

After using for several weeks I have not seen any improvement. It hasn't seemed to make it worse. Baby oil works better.

i bought it after reading many reviews and i also applied on mornings and did baths at night, well the very first day i used it; after i was combing my baby's hair lots of flakes came right off the comb along with hair (not so much) and i spent about 5 minutes of continuous combing because the flakes kept coming off, so i'll say it's very effective.

This was the only thing that cured my both daughter & son's cradle cap when they were new born. My daughter's now three & my son's 3 month old. After 3-5 days of this cream cleaned everything out. None of the olive or other oils that doctor recommended worked on them. I wish I can give it to someone since I just needed to use a little & left with almost full tube.

My son had cradle cap for months until we got this product. It calls for application at night and washing out in the morning but since we do bath time at night we apply it in the morning. It does leave his hair greasy but it works great. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the directions are unclear about when and how often to use.

My son has icythyosis, his scalp is very dry and flakes badly. This product has been the only thing that helps keep his scalp clear and under control. I have been using this on him for the last 4 years, we can't live without it!

I bought this for my 1 1/2 year old son who has severe eczema...It spread to his scalp and looked terrible. I bought this and received it yesterday. I put it on him before bed...Its not greasy, doesnt smell bad and was easy to apply. When he woke up this morning, I was amazed! His scalp looks sooo much better after just 1 use! I HIGHLY recommend this product! I plan on trying it out for my 2 1/2 year old that still has cradle cap...I have confidence that it will work just as great for him!

I bought the cream to give it a try, because my baby's cradle cap was pretty much all over his head. Now things getting better and better with every use. it did not disappeared just after one application, but definitely becoming less and less . Also, instruction says that you should apply it for a night and in the morning wash your baby head, but as we bath our baby at night, I just do the opposite - apply it at the morning and then wash before bedtime

I have been fighting my 5 month's old cradle cap on/off since she was 3 weeks old. The trick - not this product.. but vegetable oil (I like better than Olive since there is no smell). Leave it on for 15 minutes then wash out. I have tried almost everything!!! I have this amazing smelling shampoo from the Original Sprout line that is all natural vegan free etc etc .. It's a bit pricey but so worth it. Save your money here and use olive or vegetable oil and splurge on the shampoo. Granted every child is different so a lot of trial and error.
