It is easy to use and it is a good value compared to other milk increasing products. The cons are that it made me sweat with a distasteful odor (like soup gone bad) and made me constipated. A good alternative are the Motherlove more milk special blend capsules, but be prepared to pay three times more for them. Pros

I took a different brand of Fenugreek with my last child and the pills were hard to swallow, these pills are smaller and a lot easier to swallow.
