This product is great. The dispenser could use improvement, however this product actually has the 17% vitamin C concentration needed in order to actually provide visible benefits.

I use this product everyday, and have seen the tone, texture, brightness, and clarity of my skin really improve. This serum delivers everything it promises, and has performed better for me than the high-end department store brands. It is very lightweight and is absorbed immediately. I like that this paraben-free formula contains both Glycolic Acid and Retinol for collagen renewal. It also has an excellent antioxidant combo.
My skin is more glowing and even textured after just 3 weeks.
The bottle is so squat, it's hard to handle; but I appreciate that it is opaque so the antioxidants don't lose their effectiveness from exposure to light.

I like the Serum C product, but was disappointed in the new bottle. Not only does it seem to be less product than the old bottle, the dispenser releases way too much product with each pump. I've quit using the pump.

don't like the packaging (white glass jar) you cant see how much left. if you don't use it for several days, product starts fretting and after you press the pump, so much product comes out with so much force. the serum itself does nothing and at the same time it's very expensive. it clogged my pores, it left a film on the face and it does nothing. i experienced no changes at all. my skin didn't become brighter or more even toned. waste of money.

I am a huge fan of MyChelle product line, but this one left me disappointed. The container is not only too small but really hard to use also, leaked during travelling. I hope the manufacture will reconsider the packaging. Product itself was as good. I prefer same brand Firming serum in combination with Hydrating serum the do a great job for me. Happy to see it on drugstore now - Thanks.
For youthfully vibrant skin, apply two pumps after cleansing. Follow with toning mist, nourishing cream, and sun protection. When layering serums for multiple benefits always use Perfect C Serum first. Not recommended for sensitive skin.
