Use only when needed after a meal. Do not wish to take something before a meal as I do not know which foods cause gas for me. Missed it for awhile. Glad it's back:)

I'll never forget the line on King of Queens when Carrie was telling her coworkers how Doug had 10 people's worth of gas when he couldn't remember their names. Anyway, I have tried Gas X softgels, Phazyme softgels and I read that you should try the chewable gas pills because they work better. After I eat my stomach bloats and hurts so I thought I would try these. All of the pills I mentioned worked well. I do think I kinda liked the chewable Mylanta ones better. These taste great, I don't know what kind of mint they use but it's very tasty. They seemed to help with the bloating, I noticed I didn't have to use them everyday, or more than once a day like the other pills but maybe my system just calmed down. Anyway, if you need a tasty gas chewable pill, try these. They are delicious and I think they work great.
