I have exceedingly sensitive skin, and I have used these successfully for years. I think people are over-thinking this. When I use them, I rub my hands together over them and pull apart slowly. I use only one to do my lip, chin and eyebrows, so I fold the "other one" onto itself and slide it back into the pouch. Lasts forever that way. I use it WITHOUT washing my makeup off at the end of the day, if I haven't been perspiring. DO NOT use it over a glycolic acid product!!!!! Lay it over the hair at an angle such that you can easily pull it off at the opposite angle from hair growth (not straight-across like a mustache, but lower at outside corner and higher toward nose), and use your other hand to pull the skin taught--just opening your mouth wide is not enough. Rip it off quickly. If it does not remove all of the hair, do it once more on that location, and no more. Tweeze the couple of hairs that remain. When doing my eyebrows, I trim the backing to the edge of the adhesive so that I can see exactly where it's going. Again, pull the skin taught. After, it takes a couple of swipes with a cotton ball dabbed in mineral oil to remove all of the residue before you wash your face as usual. I use witch hazel astringent on a cotton ball after I wash, to calm the skin and remove any mineral oil residue. If I accidentally get a little "rowdy," a dab of antibacterial/pain relief cream clears it up overnight. Easy. Reliable. Painless compared to any other hair-pulling method. BTW: HATE the Nads wand. I dont' have time to heat and fight with the thing.

These strips don't work nearly as well as the Nad's Face Wand for eyebrows. You have to cut the strips to the shape you want. The finer hairs were still left behind and I had to do more tweezing than anticipated. Also, this isn't the same gel as the other products. It is almost like an adhesive that is hard to remove if it gets stuck on your skin. The strips are more like a piece of tape (it loses its stickiness after one use) than the Nad's Face Wand gel which stays sticky so you can re-stick the strip if you miss a few hairs.

I used it below my brow line & it took part of the skin & left a raw, burned place that has taken 2 weeks to heal! On my chin it did OK, but didn't get all the hair. I will use it again on my chin, but probably not the brow line!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally when getting a wax I see new hair growth within two weeks. I decided to buy wax strips because I figured it'll be cheaper in the long run. It took all the hairs off just fine and I had a baby skin smooth upper lip. When applying my toner my lip started to burn. Looking closer I realized that the srip had taken off the top layer of skin on my lip!

I've used all kinds of waxing products and I prefer this one overall. I like that the sheets are made of a cloth-like material and each strip can be used more than once.

This is a nice, easy-to-use product. I have very fine hair and sensitive skin, so it did cause me to break out a little in a day or two after using it. It took a good portion of the hair, but not all. If you have more coarse hair and not so sensitive skin, I'm sure it works even better.

I was very pleased with this product. It's super easy to use, and the pain exists (you have to expect it!) but is very tolerable. It does not leave my skin with any kind of lasting irritation. It does work much better on fine hair than coarse hair. It doesn't do much for the hair on my chin, but it gets at least half of the upper lip hair, which makes plucking much easier and quicker. The best thing it did for me... My hairline on the right side of my face, by my ear, was too far forward. The left side was perfectly normal, but the right side was almost a sideburn, lol. The strips worked gorgeously and now the sides are even!
Ensure skin is clean, dry and free of oils and moisturisers
Briskly rub strips between palms
Slowly separate double strip into 2 strips
Apply strip with firm pressure and firmly smooth over 3-4 times in direction of hair growth with the palm of your hand or your fingers
Holding skin taut, pull strip back quickly as close to the skin as possible in the opposite direction of hair growth. Do not treat the same area more than twice
Remove any left over wax with the soothing & finishing wipes provided.
Upper Lip, Chin and Centre Brow Hair on upper lip grows in two directions, so treat it in two stages. Chin hair should be removed by pulling the strip upwards towards the nose. Hair on the centre brow should be removed by pulling down towards the nose.
Tips:
For best results, hair should be between 2 to 5 mm long
Use baby oil to remove excess wax if you run out of soothing & finishing wipes
