Patch test before each use by applying the product to a small part of the area where hair is to be removed. Follow directions and wait 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed. Never reapply wax on same area within a 24 hour period. As with any wax treatment, some discomfort may be experienced. Your skin may turn a little red for a short while after treatment. This is normal and will soon disappear. If the skin to be treated is not held taut, and the wax is not zipped or pulled back very fast and close to the skin, then a pinching effect may be felt, a wax residue will remain on the skin, or worse, skin could be removed resulting in injury. Read the instructions carefully.
Do Not Use product in the area of the eye. Wax should not be used by people suffering from diabetes or circulatory problems or on areas with varicose veins, moles and warts. Do not wax inside nose or ears, on nipples, perianal, vaginal/genital areas or eyelashes. Do Not Use on irritated, inflamed or broken skin. Not recommended for elderly or people with loose skin. Do not apply wax on sunburned or chapped, broken or sore skin, cuts, weak scars or eczema. Do Not Use immediately after bath. Do Not Use a deodorant or antiperspirant for 24 hours after underarm hair removal. Do not ingest. Do not get into eyes. Failure to follow these warnings may result in severe skin irritation, skin removal, or other injury. Keep out of reach of children.

I used to use Sally Hansen wax strips and really liked the results for the most part. However, I bought these reluctantly when I couldn't find the Sally Hansen strips. WOW! These are amazing. I don't know how, but they get the hair and don't hurt at all. There is a cooling minty ingredient in the wax which leaves a refreshing minty feel afterward, too. The wax is much softer and easy to use. PLUS, I can actually reuse the strips and they still work. These are awesome.

I got tired of using tweezers to get the hairs under my chin and on my neck, so I did some research and found this product online. It worked wonderfully. All the little hard to see and get hairs on my chin and neck are gone. It was easy to use and didn't hurt at all. I was pleasantly surprised about how quick, easy, and user-friendly the product was. I just rubbed the strip between my palms to "heat" the wax and then applied it to my face. There was no redness or pain after use. The only thing that I did not like was the overly minty spell and greasiness of the "Soothing Post Wipe". If it was less greasy and lemon-scented, then I would have no complaints. I will continue to use this product in the future.
I love this product. It hurts, as does all waxing, but so worth it. Its so easy to use, no mess or heating at all. YOu use the warmth of your hands to 'heat' it. It easily washes off the very little residue it leaves behind. Going to definitely buy again. YAY!!
Overall, I almost NEVER have a problem with this. Although sometimes, I will have a problem where either I didn't get the strip "warmed up" enough or they just have a bad mix of wax on the strip, and I will lose half of the box from not being able to seperate the wax strips without losing both sides. I would recommend either leaving them in a hot car or figuring out some way to make sure that the wax is warmer than a simple hand rub is capable of if one of the 1st few wax strips doesn't work.
After a New Year's budget overhaul, I was looking to cut back on or completely eliminate expensive trips to the aesthetician and gave this product a try on my upper lip and between my eyebrows. I had low expectations, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The pain and redness was minimal (less than the aesthetician), and wherever there was wax, there was not hair. The wipes are kind of greasy, but do work well to get off any residual wax. My only complaint was that the rectangular shape of the wax strips doesn't exactly fit the areas they are designed for. Nonetheless, after doing some post-wax plucking (which my aesthetician always does as well) to clean things up, I think the strips did almost as well as my aesthetician, at a FRACTION of the cost.
The only downside is that you really have to make sure that you have rubbed the strips enough so when you get them apart, you don't lose 2 strips by it not being warmed up enough.
First time facial waxer, bought these on a whim. They work great, got the hair that needed to be gone but holy cow it hurt. I know this will lessen with time and I will use these again I just hope I build a tolerance quickly.
