Patch test before each use by applying the product to a small part of the area where hair is to be removed. Follow directions and wait 24 hours. If skin appears normal, proceed. Never reapply wax on same area within a 24 hour period. As with any wax treatment, some discomfort may be experienced. Your skin may turn a little red for a short while after treatment. This is normal and will soon disappear. If the skin to be treated is not held taut, and the wax is not zipped or pulled back very fast and close to the skin, then a pinching effect may be felt, a wax residue will remain on the skin or worse, skin could be removed resulting in injury. Read the instructions carefully, proceed at all times with caution. Do not use in conventional oven or toaster oven. Microwaves vary in power output so heating guidelines are an indication only. Take extreme caution when warming the wax not to overheat. Never leave the wax unattended. Remember the tub containing the wax will also become hot; therefore, we recommend placing the tub on a mictowavable plate. Remember ro use caution when handling. Testing or applying the wax when it is too hot, could cause you serious injury.
Do not use product in the area of the eye. Wax should not be used by people suffering from diabetes or circulatory problems or on areas with varicose veins, moles and warts. Do not wax inside nose or ears, on nipples, perianal, vaginal/genital areas or eyelashes. Do not use on irritated, inflamed or broken skin. Not suitable for people with extra sensitive or problem skins. Not recommended for the elderly or people with loose skin. Do not apply wax over sunburned, chapped, broken or sore skin, cuts, weak scars or eczema. Do not use immediately after a bath. Do not use a deodorant or antiperspirant for 24 hours after underarm removal. Do not ingest. Failure to follow these warnings may result in severe skin irritation, skin removal, burns or other injury. Keep out of reach of children.

As an avid user of the Bliss Spa waxing kit, (and I've tried the Bath and Body Works equivalent), I was hesitant to try a "store brand". All I can say is WOW. You have to warm it up a good bit more than the 2 mins it recommends (closer to 4 mins 30), but it is SO worth it not to have to melt it on the stove top!
You can remove more hair with one go, and clean up is a breeze. Instead of cracking off in pieces, it always comes off in one fell swoop. If it strings out, as most hard waxes do, you can easily clean it up without it sticking to every surface imaginable. Also, you can get at least 3 uses per bikini area (if not more), as compared to 2 on Bliss Spa or BBW!!! It is one of the best hard waxes ever, and it is virtually pain-free comparative to other brands. This wax keeps me hair free for at couple weeks longer than my professional waxer, which makes it well worth the cheap price! Upon discovering this, I have just saved myself $40, at least!

This product works well, but you have to keep reheating it to maintain the right temperature. The most annoying part was that it cools off too quickly that I couldn't cleanly scoop out the wax and instead every time found a thinning strand/trail of wax between the bucket and wax on the stick that was practically impossible to cleanly separate (in a way, similar to what you see when trying to pull apart a chewed gum, only it just won't separate and you're stuck with a strand between that you have to pull constantly until it thins out and separates...). It gets so messy that by the first try, it looks like thin cobwebs were coming out and around the bucket... Cleaning up was clearly annoying... Although I had more wax available, I didn't want to use this product for a second session, seeing the bucket was already a mess.
I gave this product two stars because it did in fact remove most of the hair, but I was quite displeased with how messy and annoying it got. If you make a mistake, it is difficult to fix and especially painful to remove, unlike the original Nair wax. In addition, with the original Nair wax, you can reuse the wax but you can't with this product.
My suggestion would be to not buy this product and purchase a Moom Organic Hair Removal product, which I purchased after my dissatisfaction with this product. I found the Moon product to be far better in every way, but I can generalize some key points as follows:
1) It is MUCH easier to use 2) It is NOT messy at all (none of that "cobweb" mess) 3) It is EASY to clean up (I didn't have any mess to clean up with this product) 4) Any mistakes are easy and pain-free to correct by simply wiping the area with a warm wash cloth 5) It is less damaging to the skin 6) It maintains its heat for over an hour! I heated the wax only once and never had to reheat it again during one session. 5) It is LESS painful 6) It removes ALL the hair with just one try, even the hair that none of the Nair products were able to remove! 7) After pulling off some hair, the wax on the strip is still reusable on other areas 8) The cloth strips are made to be reusable and easy to clean 9) It costs slightly more or approximately the same when on sale

Can't find this product in stores, but much easier to use than other waxes. Much easier cleanup. I like this product even better than their previous product, using the strips to remove the wax.

It misses about 50% of the hair on my legs which is what I bought it for. It's also very messy. I thought without strips would be easier but it's not. I'm going to stick with my old brand (Sally) I just didn't like that I run out of strips before I run out of wax but this hurt like the dickins and misses so much hair. I actually am not sure what I'm going to do with the rest of it... probably throw it away. Plus, my leg is still burning and I only did three parts of it. I've never had it burn for this long after waxing.

i Have tried it all and this stuff is the best. heats quickly, spreads evenly and comes off easily. i think it is a bit less painful than other waxes but honestly waxing is never a picnic- -who are we kidding! i highly recommend!

no messy strips. Being European I have always used similar or same product. Very disappointed not to find it for sale in the US in the stores so very happy to have found it online. So easy to use, leaves legs smoother than shaving and you don't have to do it that often. Well I am an addict since age 16 . same as salons but much cheaper.

Works much better than cloth strips on underarms and bikini line. I apply a little olive oil to my skin then wipe it off with a paper towel before applying the wax.

I use this wax for my bikini line. I don't do a full Brazilian, but what I do is very close. My skin is very sensitive and easily irritated, and I have a low pain threshold for waxing. For years I resorted to shaving, because I could not tolerate the agony. I tried numerous products, and found them to be either too painful or too messy, and ineffective. This product is fabulous.
I've found that the wax takes longer to heat than the instructions recommend. Just heat it in increments and keep testing it until the wax can be stirred to a creamy consistency.
I don't understand what all the fuss is about over strips - I love that you simply dip the wand in the wax, spread it firmly over your skin, wait for it to cool, pull up an edge, remove, and you're done. Paper or cloth strips are simply not needed.
I've found that I have the best result, with minimal pain, when I apply a thick strip and work in sections. Yes, this probably uses up more product, but it makes the process more comfortable for me.
Let's face it, waxing the bikini line is never going to be painless, but I've found that this product is as close as it comes. It removes hair effectively, but is not so sticky or overly adhesive that you end up taking your skin off with it in the process. Once cooled, the wax peels off so effectively that I never have a mess left behind, whereas other products often leave an annoying residue that requires oil or scrubbing to remove.
I agree with the product's claim that it works well on short hair. I've used it after only 5-6 days growth where the hair is definitely not at the length typically recommended for waxing. It's still very effective. Occasionally it will miss a few hairs, but it's nothing that can't be taken care of in two minutes with a tweezer after I'm finished.
The fragrance of this product is pleasing and not overwhelming. The wax has never given me a rash or any sort of irritation. My skin does tend to remain a bit red and sensitive to heat (hot water or sunlight) for 1 - 2 days after, but that's typical for me of any wax.
When using the wand to grab the wax from the bucket, it will leave the thin spider-web threads behind as someone mentioned. I personally have never thought twice about this. They dry, and then melt back into the bucket the next time you use the wax. I wouldn't rate the product down just because the bucket gets a little messy. I stick it back into the Nair box, put it in my cabinet, and forget about it.
I highly recommend this wax. When my local stores stopped carrying it, I freaked! Thank goodness for drugstore.com. I hope they never stop carrying this wonderful product!!

This wax is the best for bikini/brazilian wax. I have used it for years and ever since I got it the first time it never disappointed. true, it does not have great use for the rest of the body. But if you are looking for a wax that will remove all hair in the bikini area this is it. For women that cannot use the strips in that area i s the best and i know...I am one of them. I wax myself and I use the brazilian wax style. Just the other day I went to the salon to get a brazilian wax where they only use the strips. Aweful pain and i ended up being injured. Guess who didn't have fun that night :) I strongly recommend thids wax for the brazilian wax.

Heat: Heat the wax in the microwave as follows:
Full Tub - 2 minutes (120 seconds)
Half Tub - 1 minute 30 seconds (90 seconds)
Note: Take extreme caution not to overheat. Never leave the heating wax unattended. Never heat for more than 2 minutes. Follow the enclosed instructions exactly to avoid burns.
Let Stand: in the microwave for 3 minutes
Mix: After heating, use the applicator to gently mix the wax until it is smooth and uniform and the ideal consistency of thick creamy honey. Test a small quantity of the wax on your wrist to check that the temperature is comfortable before hair removal.
Apply: Use the edge of the applicator to spread a thin, transparent and even layer of wax in the direction of hair growth. Do not spread the wax back and forth. Leave wax thicker at the ends to make removal easier.
Remove Hair: Wait for 20 seconds until wax has hardened into a strip. Pull up the edge of the strip and remove the thin strip of wax quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth. Do not leave wax on the skin for more than one minute.
