I think this product is wonderful... I've just gotta remember to take it. So, I just set my iPhone's timer for every 4 hours - I'm totally satisfied. I still get breakouts, but am discovering that it's my over-abundance of OTHER other-the-counter vitamins/supplements. Once I dismissed all other products from my "diet" - just digestive support & Acne Relief, within 6 DAYS dramatic difference, even the dark spots started to lighten up.

My son has been using this product for about three years now & swears by it. He had persistent acne issues that did not respond well to other treatments. I got the liquid form for my daughter, it has the very same ingredients and potencey as the tabs. It says 4x daily for the first week. I have to admit that I forgot to give it to her that often, however in only the 5 days I have already noticed a huge difference in her skin. I can only imagion how well it would be working if I have it to her the 4x every day as I should. I am so excited to have found something natura/ non harsh for my daughter.

After trying so many different acne treatments, I decided to give this one a try. After following the directions explicitly for 4 weeks (you have to take it 4 times a day!?), this product didn't work very well for me; I am also amazed that this company uses three of the same ingredients as another product I just started taking called Loma Lux AcnePill (Sulphur, Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum, Kali Bromatum).
