A nutritionist recommended I take Solaray adrenal caps to deal with severe stress. I noticed it seemed to be working as my energy improved. I discovered that my doctor also uses adrenal caps, the same brand as recommended by the nutritionist. Recently I tried this natrabio brand and there was NO difference in how I felt. I'm going back to the first brand.

Healthcare professional with allergies & sinus issues I have well controlled with a boost for late May/early June. This year allergies hit early and hard and my usual Rx wouldn't do enough. Also noted bug bites - none when I went to bed, 2 or 3 when I'd wake up in the morning. Read this product description, ordered and started taking about 3 weeks ago. Allergy symptoms decreased to manageable, food intolerances decreased (pleasant surprise-I have difficulty with grains/potatoes), energy level I've been missing for years is returning. Haven't noticed any adverse reactions/side effects.

It's labeled for adrenal support, but now I use it to unstuff my congested sinuses. I chew it and hold the powder in my mouth as long as possible before swallowing, and that's the way it works best. I normally don't pay this much for OTC meds but this is worth it. My sinus congestion is so bad that real Sudafed doesn't really do a thorough job. This makes a difference, even though it wears off in a little while. I just take another one when I feel the need.
