These are great. I use them whenever I have a cold or allergies. They're cheap, and effective. The only complaint I have is that they wear off quickly. You're only supposed to take one every half hour, and with a bad cold, that's about how long they work. But you get 60 of them for [$], so it's not a big deal.You chew them up, and they really have no taste at all. Like eating a mint without the mint. Taking them is no problem.

I have pollen, mold, dust & cat allergies... seems to work when I start sneezing from one of them about half hour after taking it. I love these because I can't swallow pills and I won't take non-natural meds. I just dissolve under my tongue. For those of you who worry about taste...they don't taste like anything! Good news for anyone who normally has to use to mash meds. I also use the pain relief which I also recommend!
