i used it on my 21 months old. it seems to works if i continueously feed him with this every 20 mins (based on instruction) Once i stopped, his nose starts running again. Don't seems to have any side effects but sometimes it is hard to tell from a child. He doesn't seem over jumpy or sleepy or cranky, so i guess no side effects.

My 18 month old had been battling a likely gastrointestinal virus that caused high fever for 3 days until I used this product and she experienced relief (reduced fever by 3 degrees) within an hour and actually had an appetite soon after.

For Best Results: Take in a clean mouth that has been free of food, liquids, toothpaste, etc. for at least 15 minutes.

Dosage:

Children and infants over 4 months of age: Place 0.5 ml under the tongue every 20 minutes until symptoms improve, then every 4 hours or as needed..
Children under 4 months of age: Consult a health care professional.
