Original formulation/production of this product worked great. However, evidently in early 2010, the company (Nutraceutical Corp) switched the ingredients to a pure dextrose formulation. Have ordered several shipments of 4 packages each from several suppliers over the past 12 months with the same result: 100% dextrose: bright white appearance, crumbley texture, pure sugar taste and no sleep effect. Old formulation had a greyish tone, speckled texture, tasted of herbs and worked very effectively. The Company (based in Utah) won't accept phone calls. FDA told me they do not regulate suppliments so manufacturers & marketers are free to make outrageous claims as well as substitute cheap, bogus ingredients for what they print on the packages.

Lately, I have been having trouble sleeping due to some stress in my life so I decided to take this product based on the reviews. I was very disappointed. I woke up at 2am with my heart pounding. My husband had the very same effect and had a horrible nights sleep. I don't recommend this product.

I can never get to sleep at night because my mind just races all over the place.
I bought these tablets because I had such good success with another Natra Bio product, and they didn't let me down. Now all I do is chew two tablets before going to sleep, and my mind stays calm enough to let me fall asleep.
I recommend this product.

Do not use if printed blister foil backing is torn or missing
Adults and children over the age of 12 take 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime and 2 tablets at bedtime
Chew tablets and allow to dissolve in the mouth
Children 6-12 years use one half the adult dosage
Not recommended for children under the age of 6
For best results, take in a clean mouth
