Indications
Relieves leg cramps, cramps in legs and feet at night, pain in legs and calves, and neuralgia of the legs.
Warnings
Stop and ask a doctor if pain persists for more than 7 days, if new symptoms occur, if redness or swelling are present. Consult a doctor because these could be signs of a serious condition

I have ALS and get random leg/feet cramping. I take 2 nightly before bed. I don't get as many cramps as I did before I started using it. I have swallowing issues, so this products is great as it melts in your mouth.

I only use it when the leg cramps hit so I don't have to use it every night and I do not take as a preventative measure as they are fast acting. I still take my regular preventative items but add these if the cramps still hit. I am very happy with the results.
Do not use if printed blister foil backing is torn or missing
Adults and children over the age of 12 chew one tablet and allow to dissolve in mouth every 30 minutes until symptoms improve, then reduce to every 4 hours
Children 6-12 years of age, use one half the adult dosage
