Indications

When I ordered this product for migraine, I was initially disappointed. The box said no drowsiness, but it produced drowsiness in me. I also didn't do too much for my migraines. However, it is a GREAT natural sleep aid. I fall asleep quickly when I take it at bedtime, and wake refreshed, with no after affects. I can take it when I need to.... it hasn't caused any dependency in me.

Unfortunately, these didn't work for me. I really, really wanted them to work because I get migraines so often and I don't like always taking the heavy doses of aspirin etc. I tried them on at least 10 occasions, but although I followed the directions to the letter, I always had to take my regular medicine after a few hours because my migraine was getting worse and worse. I'm sure they'll work for some people and they're definitely worth a try, but they just didn't help me.

I absolutely love these. I have had migraines for 32 years, and have found that these are one of the few natural medicines that work. When I feel one coming on, I take two and 15 minutes later I'm headache free. Also, I take one with 800 milligrams of Ibuprofen and it works just as well. Highly recommend.
Do not use if printed blister foil backing is torn or missing
For best results begin taking at the first sign of headache symptoms
Adults and children over the age of 12 start with 2 tablets, chew tablets and allow to dissolve in mouth then reduce to one tablet every 2-4 hours as needed
