I got this to use for some soreness and inflamation in my foot and it has worked well. It does not have a strong unpleasant odor like some muscle ointments. It is easily absorbed so does not leave a residue. It has worked well to relieve my soreness and inflamation.

I fell on my shoulder/arm last week, and have been taking ibuprofren, doing cold and hot compressions and excercises, all that my doctor had prescribed. She had even prescribed some vicodin to enable me to do the exercises, but even after a week none of this seemed to make my shoulder/arm feel better, so I looked through my medicine drawer and found a sample of this. It suprisingly worked so well at easing the pain that I bought a tube of it. I can use it 4-5 times a day because it has practically no smell and doesn't make my skin feel greasy.
For external use only. Adults and children over 2 years of age: Apply generously with gentle rubbing to the affected area 2-3 times daily or as needed. Use with a support bandage if desired. For children under 2 years of age consult a physician.
