I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and while it has almost completely 'cured' my poor circulation, I find it doesn't really help with any other thyroid related problems (low metabolism, low energy, etc). Oh well, at least it has helped with something!

I haven't noticed any side effects, but as many others have mentioned, these tablets taste like chalk! So gross.

Like Mag from Atlanta, this product was what I needed for my low thyroid. My blood levels are always "normal" but I haven't been feeling just right despite taking the recommended amount of Synthroid. I found myself very low on energy in the past year, especially after meals. My travel schedule runs me ragged and caffeine actually makes me more sleepy. Yes my system is bizzaro.
