I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now, and while it has almost completely 'cured' my poor circulation, I find it doesn't really help with any other thyroid related problems (low metabolism, low energy, etc). Oh well, at least it has helped with something!

I haven't noticed any side effects, but as many others have mentioned, these tablets taste like chalk! So gross.

Like Mag from Atlanta, this product was what I needed for my low thyroid. My blood levels are always "normal" but I haven't been feeling just right despite taking the recommended amount of Synthroid.
