I went off the pill about a year ago, and my period got markedly heavier. I tried every tampon out there but had leaks and stains, even when I had just put my tampon in. About a year ago, I decided to try Natracare because they are bleach-free and I figured bleach can't really be that good for (inside) you. These are the best tampons I have ever used, by far. They are super absorbent, even though they're small. You can get them with applicators or without (which I prefer). And you don't have to worry about putting chemicals in your body that you normally reserve for the bathroom floor.
