These tampons are excellent. They resemble o.b. tampons (which are my favorite), but these tampons don't have any of those chemicals in them, like chlorine, dioxin, etc. most tampons have that can contribute to toxic shock syndrome. More natural is the way to go! I have also tried the other absorbencies and those are great too. Try these, you won't be disappointed.

They didn't absorb as much as I would have liked. As someone mentioned above, they didn't expand to meet my needs and because of this, I didn't get the protection I wished they would have provided. I definitely like the organic aspect, but I would go with the Maxim organic Super Plus tampons if expansion and protection are a must for you on a heavy flow day. I just wrote a review for those as well. IMHO these are just not as good as Maxim.

These are super comfy, but the biggest plus is that they are ORGANIC! With smart packaging and no applicator there's very little waste.Make sure to wash your hands before application!!!

I started using these organic tampons ~ 10 years ago and my menstrual related migraines went away. I previously used OB tampons and would have terrible migraine during every cycle. I would never go back to non-organic

Natracare is a great alternative to O.B., now that they are getting harder to find. I like the fact that these tampons are organic and don't use any nasty chemicals. I don't see any difference in absorbancy or feel compared to the same (Super) size of O.B.

I'm really happy with this product. I've always used non-applicator tampons- but the synthetic fibers didn't absorb as well as these tampons do. Also, I used to itch, mildly with the other tampons. I just thought it was par for the course, but there is no itching with these at all. All the changes haven't been drastic or as drastic as some of mentioned. But I know they are better for me, they work just as well if not better, with no side effects (even though they were mild). They are worth the couple of cents more.

They didn't work for me. I wish they did. I don't have heavy flows, but I found I had to change my tampon every hour with these or I'd have messy underwear. Very disappointing.

I'd give these 100 stars if I could!!! Synthetic-fiber tampons don't absorb as well as these, plus I find that they "shed" fibers inside of me. With these I don't have that problem at all. Also, the fact that these are 100% cotton makes me feel better.
