These are great pads for right after you deliver your baby. they are thick so it gives you some cushion and protection from soreness when you sit down and absorbs the blood very well.
Peel back the paper strip and fix the pad to panty.
Disposal: We advise you to wrap the pad in paper and put into a waste bin. Natracare pads are over 95% biodegradable and are compostable under the correct conditions.
