I have not been able to find 10,000 mcg Biotin in any stores that I frequent. The cost through drugstore.com is very reasonable and so far always available.

I am taking two capsules every morning with breakfast. I ramped up the dosage because another reviewer said her hair had improved greatly. I am looking for a similar result. Also, my nails seem stronger. You need to take these for at least two months before seeing results. It's not a quick fix, it's just something I've added to my supplements and is now part my daily regimen.

Due to thyroid & genetics, my hair had thinned to the point my scalp was showing (at 50). I started taking biotin in lower dosages with limited success.
When I found this product, I started taking 2/day and after 2 months my stylist asked what I was doing to re-grow my hair. Not only is it good for hair & nails, it helps boost my metabolism just enough that I know by 10AM if I forgot to take it in the morning. Natrol is, in my opinion, the best brand available.
