After starting this product, the weight gain stopped within a few days and I've even lost 16 lbs so far. The only change I made was to start eating normal foods again. I eat whatever I want. I just take 2 of the carb intercept caps right before I eat carbs. I've had no side effects at all. The weight loss isn't fast, but it's steady. I couldn't be happier. Just went to buy another 2 bottles for next month and price inflated from [$] to [$] in less than 2 weeks. Not sure if this is due to manufacturer or if this is seriously inflation. For a year while in Iraq I was able to eliminate rice and most starches from my diet, but now that I'm back, I'm having a hard time, so this product allows me to eat it and other starchy items (in moderation) but not gain all the weight that starches like to put on me. I was skeptical, since I am on a low carb diet which helped me to lose 10-15 lbs.I have been able to keep the weight off by using this product whenever I am consuming higher levels of carbs and i don't gain anything back. I have even eaten FAST FOOD with these and I did not gain any of the weight back. Unbelievable. I'm impressed, and have continued to buy this stuff the past 4 months. it's great! i doubt it will help TAKE the weight off, but once you have lost it on your own you can take this to maintain your weight loss when you eat starchy carby foods. |
