I have tried ALL THE OTHERS...trust me...they do not work...dont buy those...try natrol...it cant be beat...i was having hot flashes every 15min or so,...only lasting about 5min but still was annoying..especially at night...so i got this and within 1 day...wow...what a difference...its a bit pricey for me but sometimes you can get it online super cheap or at [...]..hoping drugstore has it on a super sale soon! My days were miserable because I was so exhausted. I didn't hold much hope but figured I would give this product a try and I am so impressed. By the end of the first week, I was sleeping through the night. I wish I had found this product 2 years ago. Within ONE DAY my night sweats were GONE and I started sleeping through the night. Within two days my daytime hot flashes were diminished both in number and duration. By day four, they were completely gone! I haven't had a single hot flash since then. I find that my mood is greatly improved as well and I am able to handle stress better now. I am a complete believer and am telling all my friends to try them. A nice bonus is the added calcium! I just ordered a 3 month supply and will continue taking this amazing product forever!! I no longer have hot flashes or night sweats and feel generally calmer and am able to sleep better. My drugstore stopped carrying it, and it was cheaper to buy from my drugstore than from the manufacturer direct.
