This supplement has calcium and magnesium in the correct ratio plus vitamin D. All to the good. The problem is that a serving is 3 capsules and a serving only supplies 400 mg of calcium. You would need to take 12 capsules a day to reach the target of 1,000 mg recommended for many older women. NOT a good buy.
