I love this green tea product! It helps me get through the day. I am a preschool teacher so energy is what I need to maintain throughout the day and this truly works. About 2 weeks ago I ran out of pills and my energy dropped dramatically. I know this stuff works. It is also easy to swallow (just slides right down) and easy on the stomach. Will continue to buy.

I bought this product because I was looking for something to speed up my metabolism a bit. I am 23 years old and have always had a very slow metabolism; it literally takes 6-7 hours for my food to digest and for me to get hungry again. Since taking this pill, I have noticed a slight difference in the rate of digestion. It maybe takes about 5-6 hours now, depending on what I eat and how heavy of a meal. I haven't experienced any side effects which is always a positive. I think I will keep on purchasing this item unless something else that is better is found.

I have been taking these supplements for about 3 months. I take one every morning and I can't say I've noticed anything negative or positive about these. I have lost weight (but that is because I stopped drinking beer. That's about it. I can't say these pills have done anything for me. Was worth a try though

I love this product. I was looking for a supplement that would reduce the risk of cancer and I found this product. I started taking one a day and in four weeks I had lost 10lbs. I never worked out. I did watch what I ate but I wouldn't call it a diet. I have lost 18lbs since taking this product. It has the most amazing health benefits.

I've been taking this product for almost three months and I've noticed that my workouts have become easier (strength is always there) and I've trimmed down to the weight that I wanted to get to. There has also been the increase in metabolism that green tea is known for. I noticed the strength difference within two weeks and the weight loss by 6 weeks.

start my day with two tablets each day which gives you the boost to get going and stay going, I also have lost a great deal of weight by taking them but this did not happen until about six months of use, then I realized a weight drop and far less belly fat, I love this product and never run out

I began taking this daily in the morning, I've see a marked increase in my energy level. Usually around 3 pm at work and the drive home I would hit a brick wall, tired. Now I breeze by the the late afternoon energy drain and I am staying alert on the drive home. No more big energy crash at the end of the day, don't need to lay down when getting home from work. It's taken those dips and lows out of my energy level, feel great all day!

I ordered this and was hesitant at first to use; but after several research about the benefits of green tea, i began to take it. I noticed that my food cravings were lessened after a week, and to go with it, i also tried to cut down on fatty and salty food. After 2 weeks, most of my friends noticed that I've lost weight. I was thrilled when I actually lost 10 lbs. in 3 weeks!!! I don't even have to get to exercise. It's working slowly but surely. Now i can wear back my old clothes... Thanks to this product! I loved it! I even asked my daughter to try it coz she's been doing a lot of plates/perspective designs for her Interior Design course, and she needs something like an energy booster.. This one gives her an extra energy!
