I was suffering with firbromyalgia, had adjusted my diet to exclude many of the nightshade family, focused on sleep habits, worked to balance my exercise...too much and muscle pain increased, too little, muscles stiffened.
Not eating eggplant and green pepper was the first dramatic change. The most recent one was dropping glutens as much as possible.
Almost a year ago, two very health aware friends in my Tai chi group came in one day, both having seen (from different sources) that Hyaluronic Acid could help with firbromyalgia.
By itself, it did not "cure" me, but in about a week, I noticed a difference. If I stop, I notice a difference. It takes a lot of elements to become comfortable. This, for me, is one of them.

I purchased this product because I had heard that hyaluronic acid can help you sleep better. For a two week stretch I was only able to sleep for 3-4 hours/night. I would fall asleep and then wake in the middle of the night and not be able to get back to sleep till it was time to get up! I tried these pills and the very first night I was sleeping like a baby! I just take one before bed and sleep all night long, waking rejuvenated in the morning. If I wake in the middle of the night, I just take another one and it works immediately. The best part is that it is natural (I think), so it does not have side effects or make you dependent (I can sleep without using it too).
