My 9 year old son is autistic and takes liquid Melatonin every night at 8:30 and sleeps like a baby until 7am. Big change from before he used to take Melatonin. He barely slept and would wake up at odd hours in the night. It also has helped with his behavior at school because he is fully rested. His behavior has decrease tremendously. Highly recommend this product. It's wonderful.

If I can get around the awful taste and the ineffective dropper, I'll continue using this liquid form of melatonin for a while. I have used melatonin for some time and highly recommend melatonin in pill form. The jury's still out on the liquid.
I have a special needs daughter and sometimes she just won't go to sleep. I give her this and she's out in 20 minutes flat! I also will give it to her if she wakes during the night and won't go back to sleep. Before we found this we were very sleep deprived parents. Now we can't live without it. I also want to add, to those who have nightmares with it, you are taking too much. Everyone's dosage is different, depending on what your body needs. Start small and work your way up until it works for you, but don't overdo it. My daughter only needs one dropper full of this to work.
I would suggest taking 1/2 - 3/4 of the suggested dose. I took the full dose and slept for 12 hours! I needed the sleep, but for me, that was too much to do every night. So, try it at 1/2 or 3/4 dosage first and make sure it's not too much for you. Either way, I will be ordering more to keep sleeping each night!
I was looking for a replacement for the product I was using that was difficult to get and cost a lot more. This worked very well and was considerably less expensive.
A friend told me this, and she was right: This product will not put you to sleep! It will relax you completely. But, in my case, I was awake all night but completely relaxed.
I have been using Liquid Melatonin for over a year. I had tried tablets years ago but they took hours to work. My doctor suggested I try Melatonin due to occasional sleep problems so I thought this might work better and it does.Usually I fall asleep within 15 minutes. I don't take nearly as much as recommended, so a bottle lasts me about six weeks. I never have a problem with waking up in the morning after using this product. The taste is not bad, but it does taste like alcohol and some people might not like it.
My 3y old son with neurological problems is using this every night 20 minutes before bedtime. He falls asleep without problems and stays asleep and wakes up refreshed the next morning. We used the tablets before but they stopped working after a few weeks. Without the supplement we had to rock him to sleep every night for close to 2 hours.
I am a restless sleeper...always have been...and never used any type of sleep aid in the past. I researched melatonin and its benefits online. I decided I was going to start with a lower dosage and use liquid as opposed to pill form. I purchased the Natrol and am so glad I did. This product has made an AMAZING difference in my sleep quality. No more getting up in the middle of the night or tossing and turning...I sleep like a champ straight through until the morning. The best part is when I wake up, I don't feel groggy at all...just refreshed and ready to go. I use three dropperfuls and find that works best for me. The dropper allows you to play with the dosage until you find the right amount that works for you and you can start low and increase as needed. I have repurchased this product numerous times and continue to stick with it. As a matter of fact, my husband was using Ambien, but I had him try this instead...and he is getting better results using the melatonin. I highly recommend this product.

Shake well before each use. Take 4 droppers (4 mL), 20 minutes before bedtime or as desired. May be taken directly or combined with water or juice.
