I wish I had found this product years ago. It is effective, delicious (none of that terrible fake cherry flavor), and easy to take. I am not sure why others say they were unsure of dosage. Its clear on the label. Also, I find the alcohol in it barely noticeable. If you have tried any other products in alcohol solutions you will find this is very mild in comparison. I wake up on my own (right before the alarm) and am wide awake. It seems to be working to get me on a good sleep cycle. Last night I didn't even need it! I got sleepy at the time the I usually would if I took the melatonin, and same with waking up, all on my own! Hooray. Here's to good nights of sleep and so long insomnia!

I started having insomnia a few months ago. I didn't want to take a prescribed sleep drug. I figured I'd try this, as per the reviews. I was having trouble falling asleep, then staying asleep. This product helped me fall asleep without feeling drugged, and I felt good in the morning without having woken up in the night. FYI I tried this as a skeptic, totally not thinking it would really work, I was just desperate enough to try something. I was taking it every other day for about a week, then I was falling asleep on my own, which is the whole point of the product. It tastes like alcohol, but who cares as long as you're sleeping! I will never run out of this stuff.

Tried pills, this works whereas I didn't get results from the pills.

I have had trouble getting to sleep forever. i prefer liquids to pills and this works better, i think. i take it every work night before bed and conk out pretty quickly. i reorder every month and notice a difference if i dont take it. the taste is strong, but i usually take a sip of water after. great product!

I have a special needs daughter and sometimes she just won't go to sleep. I give her this and she's out in 20 minutes flat! I also will give it to her if she wakes during the night and won't go back to sleep. Before we found this we were very sleep deprived parents. Now we can't live without it.
I also want to add, to those who have nightmares with it, you are taking too much. Everyone's dosage is different, depending on what your body needs. Start small and work your way up until it works for you, but don't overdo it. My daughter only needs one dropper full of this to work.

I would suggest taking 1/2 - 3/4 of the suggested dose. I took the full dose and slept for 12 hours! I needed the sleep, but for me, that was too much to do every night. So, try it at 1/2 or 3/4 dosage first and make sure it's not too much for you. Either way, I will be ordering more to keep sleeping each night!
