We started using this product about a week ago and I have seen positive results...first I tried it on myself because I usually have a hard time not only getting to sleep but staying asleep and this product seems to make my head shut up and quit running on autopilot...so I quit worrying about all the things I could be doing or need to do tomorrow and go to sleep. I tried it out on my kid he is 10 1/2 and he loves the taste and the fact it dissolves in his mouth makes him happy and he sleeps soundly through the night and seems to be helping with his behavior at school because he is now getting a more restful sleep. Now my boyfriend tried this one and it didn't do much for him but he tried the 10mg time released pill and that one helps him sleep. So as you can see we are all having problems with sleeping but this product does help aid in the problem, you just have to find what works for you. Very Happy Customer!! :)

As with anything "medicinal" you put into your body, do the research and discuss use with your health care provider. I've tried several different melatonin brands and formulations, and find this one to be the most effective for trouble sleeping. I use it regularly. One sublingual tablet at bedtime helps me to fall asleep; I sometimes add passionflower or relora if I can't relax or valerian if I need something stronger. There is much conflicting information out there about the effectiveness of melatonin, and how to use it. For what it is worth, this product works for ME. It does not work as well as a prescription sleep aid, but it also doesn't give me a sleep aid hangover the next day, and I can take it often. I have purchased several bottles and find the quality to be consistent.
