We take a fish oil supplement every day. My mother-in-law recommended that I try these. WOW! They actually taste lemony. My kids will take these and they won't take the other "fishy" ones.

I have been taking this for over 2 years, and it's awesome! Less expensive than other brands with twice the Omega-3! I've had heart problems for over 15 years and I know this has contributed to lowering my blood pressure! Great heart benefits without having to eat fish all the time!
