I take (1) 1,000mg capsule every morning, per my doctor, who prescribed it for mood elevation and also said that it's great for hair, skin, and joints. I switched to this brand after GNC discontinued their version of this. It is the best thing that happened. The capsules are smaller due to a thinner coating, but I have never had any fishy burps, and the shiny exterior makes it easier to swallow than the ones from GNC. To top it all off, these are a fraction of the price that I was paying at GNC! Thank you, drugstore.com!

It's just a fish oil capsule. It does what it's designed to do and there is no after taste. The price is right.

My doctor recommended Omega 3 Fish Oil to lower LDL Cholesterol. Also said it might help osteoarthritis joint inflammation. I can't testify as to the results yet, but I like this product. There is NO fishy aftertaste or burps. Frankly I don't taste any lemon flavor either. Easy to swallow. And less expensive than other brands. I will be ordering more.
