My 12-year-old daughter has tried EVERYTHING to control her seasonal allergies to no avail. She would go through a box of tissues almost every day and it was getting ridiculous. Finally, I read about Quercetin in a woman's magazine and thought it was worth a shot. I couldn't find it in any of my local stores, so I ordered it from drugstore.com. As soon as the box arrived, she popped one of the capsules in her mouth. They must be easy to swallow because she didn't even use water. It was IMMEDIATELY effective! We couldn't believe how quickly it worked and it's been just as effective in the ensuing weeks. I can't recommend this product highly enough. It really does work wonders!

This is a great product to naturally get allergies under control. Just 2 in the morning and 2 late in the day really helps a lot to stop sneezing and having to constantly use a kleenex. I use it along with regular allergy medication when the allergy season is really bad. When the allergy season is mild, it works all by itself.
Some regular allergy medication can cause depression...this doesn't, at least for me. I'd recommend it to anyone with allergies.

My husband recommended these for many ailments. I had chronic pains in my legs, which dissappeared in a few days! I had problems being regular and it fixed that issue too. I love taking these , as I heard and read alot about this and what health benefits it does have. I will keep taking these for life.

I take one with my breakfast and one with my dinner. I have not felt more energy like I hoped I would.

This brand seems to make my stomach have acid reflux.
I can only take it when I have eaten a full meal.
OItherwise, I get really bad heartburn.

These gave me a miserable rash on my face, neck, and chest that nearly itched me to death. It took several days to realize it was caused by these pills, and when I stopped them the rash went away.

WORKS GREAT!!! I take it for my seasonal allergies, and boy, does it do a great job. In years past, I spent April through August with near daily migraines, and itchy hives during the spring. I started taking Quercetin, and the symptoms are gone. I take 2 of these in the morning with 1000 mg Vitamin C, and 1-2 of these in the evening if needed. Such a great, safe, natural alternative to allergy medications. I can't recommend it enough.
