I had to use other brands of SAMe when I ran out of the Natrol brand - I cannot find it in stores. I'm not sure why the Natrol brand works so much better for me. It is taken with food, which is not only more convenient, but perhaps absorbs more efficently for me.Due to Lyme Disease etc., I cannot have gluten. The Natrol brand also does not have dairy, which I cannot tolerate either.Drugstore.com has the best price [...]

FYI the package and the description are missleading! This is only a 400mg DOSAGE. The directions say take 2, 200mg pills so really it is 200mg in a 400mg dosage, you are only getting 10 days worth not the 20 that it says.

It looks like you are getting twenty 400-mg tablets. But while a "serving" is 400 mg, the tablets are only 200 mg each. So the package contains only ten servings. Not such a good deal, and deceptive in my opinion.
Other than that, it seems to work as well as any other brand of SAMe
