I have been using this product for a couple of months now with very good results. I have been using it with other herbal supplements for my menopause symptoms. I find it helps reduce the menopause symptoms with the added benefit of making my breasts firmer.

I take one every evening with my dinner. It was recommended originally by my gynecological oncologist and radiologist because after endometrial cancer I couldn't use hormone replacement for the first year. Ten years later, I still use it. Other brands lessen hot flashes, this gets rid of them and I only need one a day. If I skip them for 3-4 days the hot flashes come back.
