I'm already at a healthy weight and doing weight watchers, but wanted to speed things up a bit more. I work out at least 4x a week with cardio and resistance training. So I got this product because I can't seem to get any further weight loss because of my appetite issues. I have taken this for two weeks and so far lost one more lb. I don't feel as hungry, it seems to be working for me. I like that it is non stimulant and it doesn't make me jittery like most diet pills. They are very large pills, which I'm not good at even small pills, so personally I find them a little hard to swallow. But they are smooth jelly like so makes them tolerable. Pros

It has helped me significantly curb my appetite, aid in losing 94 pounds and additionally CLA has many cancer fighting properties - got to love that! I have not noticed any foul odor, exercise moderately (4 times weekly for about an hour at a time), eat very well (healthy/organic) and neither drink nor smoke. I stopped taking it for one month (when I ran out & wanted to see if it really was helping or not!) and my weight plateaued!!! 2 1/2 weeks after starting it again, the weight loss continued and has been steadily coming off. I have 15 pounds to go and will continue to take it after reaching my weight loss goal. I highly recommend this product. Pros
