Adults for occasional sleeplessness, take two tablets with water and a small amount of food 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Only use when you can devote a full eight hours to sleeping. If you cannot devote 8 hours to sleeping, or if you wake up feeling sleepy, cut dose to one tablet per day. Do not exceed two tablets per day or take more than 45 minutes before bedtime. Close tightly and store in a dry place at room temperature.
