I would not buy these again. My husband and I could tolerate them, but the children could not. Very sour and make your lips pucker. Trust me.

My daughter is very picky about what she eats which makes choosing vitamins difficult. She loves these though and actually so do I. They are a great alternative to a lot of the gummy kids vitamins which are more like candy than vitamins.
