This product is great. Reviewer Amanda should have read the ingredients label/tab. It lists Lactose (milk), whey, and Goat's milk right on the label. It was unfair to give this product a low score because she did not read the label first.
To maintain healthful intestinal flora, take 1 capsule 1-3 times per day, preferably 30 minutes after meals. When taking antibiotics, wait two hours before ingesting.
