This is a really good probiotic supplement. It really does improve digestion, especially if you take it as instructed (about 30 minutes after meals). It also seems to promote a feeling of well-being and general health.
Unlike many probiotic supplements, this one includes an variety of probiotic organisms AND an adequate number of organisms to actually work! Whatever you buy, be sure to check what organisms it contains and how many of each.
To maintain healthful intestinal flora, take 1 capsule 1-3 times per day, preferably 30 minutes after meals. When taking antibiotics, wait two hours before ingesting.
