Comments about Natural Factors Green Tea Phytosome, Caffeine Free, 60 capsules:

I bought this product as a preventive measure for my family because I had read so many good things about the antioxydant benefits of green tea. But given that I have two daughters (ages 10 and 12), I had to find a way to give them the benefits without fighting with them to drink green tea. This capsule of decaf green tea was the answer. I've been giving it to my daughters and taking it myself for about a month. The first thing I noticed is that this being allergy season (March-April), we haven't gotten as sick from our seasonal allergies as much. The second thing I noticed, and which I didn't expect at all, was that since I usually give my daughters gingseng, ginko bilboa, and fish oil to help with their attention span at school (in my honest opinion without seeing too much of an improvement in their attention span and ability to do school work), the addition of this green tea capsule seemed to work to improve thier attention span. I've never read anything about green tea being used for this purpose, or anything about taking green tea with gingseng, ginko and fish oil for this purpose, but in my observation, this combination seems to work, so I'll keep giving it to them. The capsule is OK to swallow and there aren't any side effects.
