I use this product to strengthen my bronchial health and have taken it for at least 5 years. There are no negative side effects. I use it consistently twice daily when experiencing bronchial and sinus congestion, and once daily just as a preventative and strengthening measure. Can be taken with or without food, easy on the stomach, and gives relief from sinus problems and bronchial congestion with 30 minutes. I recommend this to many of my friends with bronchial and sinus symptoms and allergies to pollen. Great product.
As in the Pros, I definately feel the product has helped lessen my congestion when taken as directed and seems to help make the phlegm more liquid like.
