If you are congested, you will try anything, and that is what I did. Trying this for the first time was totally nasty... but if it works as it should in the next few days... it will be worth it. Directions to put it under the tongue seems simple enough but... do you let it sit and sizzle or swallow it and start chasing it with water? I chased it with an Altoid- never tasting any peppermint. Tried a menthol-eucalyptus cough drop and still taste the nasty. You really want help if you are willing to take this stuff in my opinion. I will post back in a few days.

I started to use this as an alternative to never-ending antibiotics for chronic sinus infections. This stuff really works. It has eliminated about 98.5% of my sinus symptoms when I take it regularly.My husband complains about the smell, but it is not unpleasant to me. I am so glad to have found this product.

Based on the information and reviews about oil of oregano from different sites found on Google, I just had to try it for my recurring sinus infection. As soon as I felt the congestion and post nasal trip, I drank one cup of water with 4 drops of oregano oil twice daily. By the third day, I felt normal again. Normally by three days, I am running a low grade fever and the mucus is traveling to my chest so I am happy to try something without being on antibiotics. Of course, it tastes awful but it definitely works for me even when I feel a cold coming, it shortens its duration as well. I also used this on my fugus infection on my nail and it went away as well! Excellent product!
