I have been using these drops for 4 or 5 months now, taking 2000 I.U. per day consistently and was disappointed to see that my Vitamin D levels are still borderline normal/low (32). I bought this product because it is organic and 1 drop contains 1000 I.U., but I just don't think these drops are effective.
