I have used this product for over 10 years. I like this product because it is affordable, very soft and easy to swallow and are made from Real Wild Alaskan Salmon. I generally take just 1 a day( or two when I am stressed) for my heart and brain health. I take it right after a meal(usually after the dinner). I have tried many different brands until I found this one ten years ago and nothing beats this one. I was so very delighted to have found the right one!! I am Japanese descend and grew up with daily consumption of fish but with my busy work schedule(and i don't think my neighbors liked the unpleasant fish cooking smell) I had to switch to a fish oil substitute. I now have an above-average memory(photographic memory as others tell me) and am convinced that this fish oil may have contributed to my good memory. This product is the best by far from all hyped advertised fish oil products. This is an excellent product and I am thankful to this company for making it. I just wanted to let the public know how wonderful this product is. You might want to try it might do the same wonders for you.
