This is a great product. Have been looking for a deodorant like this for a long time. If you are seeking an intense smelling, long-lasting, masking typical anti-perspirant/deodorant, this is not for you. This product truly has NO smell. And while the product is not an anti-perspirant, it does seem to have some anti-perspirant like properties. I am a very particular person and my wife and I are both very sensitive to smells. In fact, of our four children, only our six-year-old daughter likes smells of any kind. We use unscented soaps, laundry detergents, fabric softeners, hand cleaners, etc. My wife and I have neither one worn deodorants of any kind for the last four years. I was in business for myself and had no need to cover my natural scent. Four months ago, I started a job with a company and am a lead contact person, making several interpersonal contacts daily. I felt the need to represent the company in a good light and decided that some cover up would be a good idea. I searched for a good while before finding this product. A good application in the morning lasts through a ten hour day, much of which is spent out of doors. When I get home, though, my natural scent returns in short order. After a full week of applying this product, I can spend the weekend in my natural scent and do not have a "carry-over" effect like I found typical with many common deodorants. Again, if you are a like minded person, that is to say, you actually prefer your natural scent and are only looking for something to cover-up temporarily, this product is excellent. It will subdue your scent very well. Likewise, I have experienced no irritation whatsoever and for that I am grateful. Good product that serves its purpose without being over-bearing.

Pardon all the hyperbole, but I love this deodorant and am tempted to buy a lifetime supply of it lest the manufacturer ever quit making it. It's the only deodorant I've purchased in recent years that I won't be tossing out mid-way through. Unlike every other deodorant I've tried (and I've tried most of them, conventional and "natural," guy and girl, roll-on and solid, etc), this one doesn't make me (and all my clothes) smell exceedingly strange within minutes of putting it on (a smell that I can only attribute to a funky reaction between some oil in my skin and some mystery chemical found in most deodorants). It also banishes normal BO as effectively as—and probably more effectively than—other deodorants I've tried. Additionally, despite its being a whitish solid, it goes on clear and doesn't leave any visible residue on my clothing, which is important to me because I tend to wear a lot of dark shades and don't particularly appreciate having conspicuously whitish armpits. I've found that even the whiter-looking Herban Cowboy "For Her" line doesn't leave behind any white residue. (Apropos to which: although I definitely prefer the unscented option over the scented "For Her" line or Dusk/Forest options, the scents of those ones were neither notably bad nor overwhelmingly strong—which is more than I can say about other scented deodorants I've experienced.)

I'm not sure how much mileage one should reasonably expect to get out of a single deodorant purchase (because I generally throw them away long before using them up)—but I've had one of these stationed in my bathroom, one at my partner's place, and one in my gym bag for 4 months now, and I don't anticipate having to restock that supply for a couple more months.

All in all, I think this is a fantastic product and highly recommend it, especially to those who are nauseated by most scents or who otherwise have chemical sensitivities.

I have tried them all and asked my husband to do the same. I got the look when I introduced the Herban Cowboy... but he loves it! He even asked me to order more because it works so well. This is a great product. Try it and become a Herban Cowboy too. :>))

In my neverending quest to find an unoffensive, yet effective unscented deodorant that will allow me to wear cologne without scent interference, I think I may have found a winner. At least for the time being.

This stuff works excellent as an antiperspirant and doesn't really leave any residue that I have ever noticed. It seems to last just long enough for the workday (6-8 effective hours).

My only complaints are that under heavy perspiration, with an unscented deodorant you may experience BO if your cologne wears off during the day. Not really a fault of the deodorant itself, just make sure you have a long-lasting cologne to pair it with. I may have to try one of their scented varieties next time around as I only have a couple of colognes that can last the entire day.

My other complaint, and it is a minor one, is that small, hard clumps will sometimes form in the deodorant itself and they irritate the skin from time to time until removed. But removing them is simple and they are easy to see, just wipe with a tissue and you're back to normal.

So in the end, this deodorant is by far better than any unscented you'll find in your grocery store, it doesn't leave a nasty residue and it is an excellent antiperspirant that lasts. Price is a little steep but until I find something better I'll be buying this again.
