It is great because it doesn't burn my lips like off-brand or cheaper products and it always glides right on. I wish this was available in the stores, but I'm always having to order it online. This is the first time I've purchased a large box of them (and so glad I did!) but found them to be a much better deal. You can't go wrong with this product if you don't mind the mentholated flavor - it actually gives a refreshing, tingling effect on the lips. Have been using this product for years. I like the smooth application. It does not feel waxy on your lips. Once applied, you have immediate relief.
